  • What a treat to chat with Jules Feiffer, Pulitzer Prize and Academy Award-winning cartoonist, playwright, screenwriter, novelist, author of more than 35 books, illustrator, and for decades the most widely read satirist in America. It is a candid interview about how he went about trying to overthrow the government, the relationship between text and image, his transformation from high school nerd to celebrity, the bogus nature of literary scholarship, and more.

I only knew Jules Feiffer from my favorite childhood book, 'Phantom Tollbooth'. I recently found the 'Kill My Mother' trilogy, and now I am fascinated with this guy. Thanks for posting this!

great timing on release. food for thought. especially liked the office background (and the cat interruption)
