How did you know that spring wasn't going to fly out when you stepped on that control arm? This is the part I'm trying to build myself up to do on my 95 impala
3:10 it was hard because the new kit is longer than the factory control arms . and i guess you did them one side at a time and that would make it super hard to bolt it because the other side is shorter . that kit will fix the tire to the right place a little bit backwards.
Don't take the lower arms off with the sway bar together, it just makes it difficult. I think it might be easier to change out the top arms first then change out the lower ones.
I'll show the gauges when I install them. I'm not adding oil and battery to the impala gauges but a good option is swapping gauges from a camaro z28 because it has everything you need.
This is my comment you did everything well but only thing I hate about your video you didn't show how many shims that replace on the upper control arm for the left side or the right side sometimes that be helpful for other people who doing the same job you're doing a lot of the jobs some of them had lost the shims in it they upper control arm
How do you get the top control mount bushings out of the diff. That shit is kicking my ass rn also the bolt closes to the wheel on the lower control doest want to come out 🥵
I don't know if that's what you need but Hotchkis has a tool for removing/installing bushings on the diff. www.jegs.com/i/Hotchkis/515/32101/10002/-1?gclid=CjwKCAiA6aSABhApEiwA6Cbm_7Vn706C-J4N4uWCsmHWPtQvkFbi8FhnmSdbbwiS7Lz38QKWDZTf-hoCE6sQAvD_BwE
Please read the complete comment on each one of my name what I sent one I don't like this video but you did a good job putting together the right way but the only thing I do not like about your video you did not show how many shims that go in the back both of the upper control on bushel and the front call shims that go in the boat holding up control arm in the front lot of time it helps showing someone when they do not have them in their car next time you do the other side please show that it will help other people that is my comment

yeah, its bests to remove the upper and lower at the same time then install the new control arms so you are not fighting with them.
@@BravosGarage1 exactly . thats what i did .
I’ve heard you can put gbody springs in the rear to lower it. It’s looking damn good tho. Hey is the subi for parts by any chance?
Yeah the suspension is good for now. The subi needs another engine. I know whats going to happen to it.
Great job! Did you have to get a longer driveshaft due to the extension of the rear control arms?

Good info here! Whatever happened to the silver box?
show us how you connected the gauges and will you add oil pressure sensor and battery voltage gauges ?
I'll show the gauges when I install them. I'm not adding oil and battery to the impala gauges but a good option is swapping gauges from a camaro z28 because it has everything you need.
