Remembering Dominque Brown

On January 11, 2025, the Disney Community came together to honor Dominique Brown. We all dressed in our best Winnie the Pooh themed outfits and gathered together to grieve and celebrate our friend.
Dominique co-created the account Black Girl Disney where she encouraged Black Disney fans to live in their joy and created a safe space on Instagram to showcase others who felt the same joy for Disney that she had.
She was so much to so many and I'm sad that I didn't have the opportunity to continue to get to know her better but I knew her enough to see her light and since her passing have learned just how big of an impact she had on her community.
You are missed and so so loved Domo. #rememberingdomo
