Personally, not being able to play TF2 with the intended visual fidelity makes me a bit sad. Tf2's art style in HD is just too good to never experience. Plus a consistent 60 never hurts
The problem is the game don't run good on anything anymore, Last time i tried my rtx 2070 had whole lotta microstuttering or something, not like it froze up when you think about stuttering felt more like some frames got skipped or something idk just doesn't feel smooth even if i have 200 to 300 fps.
@@zengineer3369 Have you tried recently? The engine just got upgraded to 64 bit and there have been noticeable performance improvements across low and high end hardware. Also I wholeheartedly recommend running a premade config from mastercomfig. It sets TF2 to more reasonable settings.
My pc can run tf2 but it has very very bug problem with loading stuff like weapons and hats and if anyone know how to load everything at once please tell me
Just don't ever play on community servers with GeforceNow or you'll get permabanned instantly if a cheater has burned the IP.
I played on them with and nothing happened
How potato must your pc be to not be able to run tf2, my 10 year old work laptop can run 50fps avg with mastercomfig.

The input lag isn't worth it, I play at 30-40fps on a Core 2 Duo and 3gb of ram.
Also works on mobile 👍(GeForce now)

@@efeloteishe4675 4G is not stable in my village, so no again
At that point just buy a GTX 660 Ti or GTX 970
Wouldn't help much. TF2 is cpu intensive, not GPU.

my GT 710 runs it at 100 fps with an i5--4th gen
and my old laptop(core 2 duo, pre-intel HD) runs at 30-40fps with stutters at the start
