In the Iceland story, I haven't even heard of a 4 wheeler that will exceed the speed limit on a national highway. In the Canada story, the FN FAL chambers the 7.62x51mm NATO, also called the .308 Winchester. It's a popular hunting round, so it's made for more than shooting people. It just happened to be the NATO standard round for military rifles like the M14/M1A, SOCOM 16, H&K G3,, CETME, FN FAL, Scar H, and more, before NATO decided to use the 5.56x45mm
I looked up the satellite map for the first story. Being an Okie my first thought was ''these woods are in a city" (two houses within a mile is a city to me). But then I did notice that there's a funeral home right next to those woods. Maybe that has something to do with the ghostly sighting you had.

just FYI, (regarding story #3) 7.62x51mm is actually describing the cartridge case, not the bullet. The bullet itself is 7.62mm in diameter, but the case is 51mm in length. It specifies 51mm because there are numerous other 7.62 caliber cartridges/firearms (7.62x39, 7.62x54, 7.62x63, etc..) The 7.62x51mm is nothing more than a .308 Winchester, a fine round for hunting deer or similar sized animals.. or adult humans.

It reminds me of something a friend I had in the third or fourth grade had written about evil barbie dolls. Why? She had stayed up late watching twilight zone on the weekend, and I saw the same episode over the weekend. This one is a bit better than that, but it's a bit of a strange one due to that usage. A lot of people love it, and they're valid tho.
I love these stories, your narration and your choice of stories a ton and I thank you swampy. I'm not a fan of what some of these ppl in the stories do however. I'm not sure if its fear or what that makes a person shoot at and attempt to kill an unknown creature, ie bigfoot. The way I see those men were in those bigfoots home n invading their privacy n domain. Bigfoot let's em know, "hey, you're in my house n I don't appreciate all the killing, noise, trash n bs", n then bigfoot let's u decide. Who are these guys that feel it's ok to go ahead n kill what they have no clue about. Plenty of these stories have a positive interaction btwn humans n bigfoot, so why go into a situation ready to kill instead of possibly learn?

In the territory of a very angry predatory (which I assume due to the deafening silence of all nearby wildlife) WILD ANIMAL. An instinct following thing that you just challenged by claiming a part of its territory via trespassing, marking your new turf with piss, without having a damn clue of what your doing- operating blindly and rather stupidly. While the stories aren't bad per say , they are missing something . In some cases the end needs more information . They kinda leave you hanging and wanting more information , like , are there any other encounters or was there of a mythology regarding the cryptid or any other information regarding it. In other cases the stories needed more depth to them. A little more of an explanation of the area , maybe a better description and better description of other encounters. Like I said , the stories weren't bad , but needed more fleshing out . I don't mean this in a bad or critical way and in no way do I mean to offend. I had just come across your channel recently and really enjoy the content.
Can only do so much with what people send in unfortunately. But, to counter your point, If they didn’t leave you questioning what it could have been, was it an unexplained encounter with a possible cryptid? If everyone who encounters something odd or unexplainable has a perfect description of what they saw and what happened, there’d be no such thing as an unsolved mystery. Loads of these stories have great detail to them, but you will always find abundantly more stories with vague descriptions. The context of seeing something briefly that you’ve never seen before isn’t going to yield anything solid detail wise anyway.

While I don't believe in cryptids, I do believe in good story telling. The stories contained in the post might be really good stories we're it not for the abominable way in which they've been written. May I recommend a dictionary, a thesaurus and a bit of proofreading before you post. I am moving on as the English is just too mangled for enjoyable listening.
