Before I am fully awake THE wave of depression hits .I turn videos like these to renew my mind , remind, and thank the Lord He said I will never leave you nor forsake you. YES many family needes, cares, most serious... again the Lord knew if these attacks, health issues long before they accurred... burdens we were never to carry alone... He will walk beside us through ... we ask for His wisdom, His direction. I ask His help hear Your voice. Remember the holy spirit lives with us as a child of God.

This is a very timely lesson. I have had nothing but physical problems since the beginning of this year. My physical health issues, all but one, have left me weak and weary. I have been sleep deprived and weary. My motivation has been challenged, even for simple tasks. I have suspected that I’ve been under spiritual oppression as this lesson points out. What a timely warning, encouragement, and challenge for me go on the offensive. Thanks for the encouragement.

Prayers are our power❤ and need to be said throughout day like a Muslim! 5 times a day - 6 9 noon 3 6. Stop and open Bible at random and read what your finger landed on. In the morning we all go to the Throne Room to do our business and I keep a KJV Bible near commode. I put it there because I said I didn't have time to read, until I realized I could make time 👀 and it actually worked perfectly; because I'm alone in a room with door closed and my Father in heaven hears all when I Ask in the Name of Jesus ❤

I had night terror or unrest full sleep and insomnia 10 years ago and I accidentally fell asleep listening to scripture one night and had the best rest that night and I woke up with the scripture still playing and I have always made it a priority as a bed time prayer routine and recently I have missed a few nights and I had a very vivid nightmare
