having a bad day/week isn’t depression love. 95% of people say they’re depressed/have mental health struggles these days, it makes a mockery to real people who actually do suffer. If a video “cures” your depression, you are not depressed mate.

Did that chick really just say to 3 professional players at the highest level that "they have been trained well?" These refs and "experts" only care about not making each other look bad, not about making the right call on the field. She even admitted to that. Whats the point of having everyone know that you've made the wrong call but not actually do anything to fix the issue?
Here's the thing that they don't understand, if they just focused on making the right calls on the pitch and using the tech to do that, even if that means going against the call on the field. People would respect them, because they are at least aiming to do the right thing. They wouldn't need blue cards to make them feel safe.
