Bread recipe:
3 cups APF
1 1/2 tsp salt, sugar, yeast
1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
1 tbsp olive oil
Mix your water, salt, sugar, yeast and APF in a bowl. Let rise in a dark warm place covered for 2 hours. Coat your dough in 1 tbsp of olive oil and let use for 1 hour. Preheat your oven to 375. Bake for 45mins.
