Unboxing - Two Different Dragonlance Warbands

I've ordered a Dragon Army war band set and I will use a hair dryer to reset the weapons (I did that with the Draconian set). I'm going to paint the shields black and maybe paint a little more red like you said to match the red dragon army allegiance.

I heard hair dryer works as well. Most of the time for sm/medium minis, boiling water/ice water works for me
