I must admit my visceral reaction to seeing some YT dude as head of a RE development finance company focused on Africa. His business model is fascinating, but it’s just sad to me that we don’t seem to be doing this for ourselves. I don’t know this guy, so, it probably is not good for me to cast aspersions his way. I just hope that Seso Global’s alignment with him is fully centered on Black people controlling and owning the economic future of Africa. The ALD model can be neo-colonialism on steroids, or it can be a perfect kind of innovation that would make an ancestor like Kwame Nkrumah smile from heaven.
You’re exactly right. I just changed my mind about doing business with Seso. In fact I’ve decided to buy in Kenya instead. Ghana is so backwards. They’re like a bunch of white worshippers President included. He’s going against the revolution in Niger and supporting the white people.
