Regarding SEX, which is considered to be an extremely important part of life by the overwhelming majority of adult humans:
sexual intercourse refers to the introduction of a man’s penis into a woman’s vagina.
Other forms of sexual gratification are termed “foreplay”, and all forms of foreplay are not only acceptable within marriage, but encouraged.
Although sex can be a wonderful thing, it is a private matter, and has no place in public forums, apart from a health-warning perspective.
Sexual intercourse and foreplay is lawful strictly within MARRIAGE, as defined in the previous chapter, and has three main purposes: most obviously for having children; as a form of recreation (especially for couples who are unable to afford to partake in costly forms of pleasurable hobbies, due to poverty); and for bringing the couple (or in the case of polygamous marriages, however many are present) closer together.
Whenever any one of the procreative, recreative, or unitive aspects of sex is omitted, sex becomes a selfish, sinful act.

Well he just ignored the question about the woman's rights and just day the Embryo would die as if that would make that the woman doesn't has human rights anymore.
So I would not consider an Embryo in the beginning of a pregnancy a person, as I don't think that an egg is a chicken. But okay, people maybe have a different definition on that.
But even then a pregnancy is not without risk the maternal mortality ration per 100k is 24 in the USA, 7 in Sweden and UK, 4 in Germany and 2 in Australia (2020). So just looking on the Embryo isn't enough. Like in an accident where you don't have to risk your own life to safe someone else, the question here is as well, what are the rights of the women and what are the rights of the Embryo and why are which one higher than the other? He doesn't explain that at all. He just looks on the Embryo, ignoring the mother's risks and rights.

You can't just take it as premise. Further, when you make such a claim, you show that you are insincere about "women who are victims." If you are sincere about victimized women, you are treating it as an extenuating circumstance against an otherwise general prohibition.

Once she's pregnant though, the only thing that will force her through a pregnancy is her body, because it's designed that way. There are many ways to prevent a pregnancy in the first place. We are spoiled for options to prevent it. Abortions are not without lasting health risks to the woman. It's much safer to avoid pregnancy in the first place (which is her autonomy aka choice), and it's not difficult to do. What you're actually arguing for is that women shouldn't need to be responsible with their choices, knowing full well what their bodies are innately designed to do. Nobody is forcing women to give birth unless the woman is chained up in someone's basement (again, illegal). There are plenty of options for women to avoid childbirth.

@@Mr.EkshinI rewatched the video, and she is right; it's a strawman, and here's why:
She asked question A: what's the ideology behind a women not having the autonomy to her own body in regards to abortion.
Shapiro answers: A women should have autonomy but not the choice to kill another human(This is his answer)
"As far as the idea that I stay awake thinking of how to control the women body" (this begins the strawman, as she never stated that but it is within grounds to disregard it initially)
" care about the preservation of human life" (this is a valid point and supporting detail for his initial arguement.)
"The vast majority in all of human existence have engaged in child bearing and rearing and it has not ruined their lives" to paraphrase he even claims they're the happiest women in America. (This claims that because women have birthed since the beginning of times then it is surely fine, this argument can be faulty as it can be applied to a multitude of negative things) (he also claims married women are the happiest in America, this is a strawman as he is arguing against the happiness of women in marriages while marriage or happiness was never the center of the subject, therefore it is a strawman)
Lastly Shapiro made the statement "I don't have an argument that pro-choicers are ignoring a premise"
(This again is another strawman as her initial question had 0 to do with pro-choicers, it was an inquisition as to pro-life ideology.
All in all, he did strawman at least twice and made her a de facto enemy for her question.

"A straw man fallacy occurs when someone takes another person’s argument or point, distorts it or exaggerates it in some kind of extreme way, and then attacks the extreme distortion, as if that is really the claim the first person is making."
So, basically she's saying that Ben was exaggerating her "right to her own bodily autonomy" as killing another human being. But the truth is that she has the truth distorted in her own mind. She is in fact taking the life of another human by exercising her "right". She also forgets that any "right" she has over her body is only limited to her own, not when there's another life in her body. You see this everywhere. People will believe their own lies to suit their wants. It's not about the baby (human life). It's about her.

I can relate to this all too well man. Every time I discuss politics with my parents I get them to agree with my arguments, because they are rooted in logic. But once they realize that what they just agreed with goes against their own beliefs, they suddenly forget the whole conversation we just had, and they either try to steer the conversation in a completely different direction, or they resort to plain namecalling with no arguments to back it up.
The other day when we were watching something about the US midterms, my mom said to me: "Why are you being so silent?"
I responded with saying something like: "Until you are capable of understanding the basics of a discussion as well as the concept of logic, I see no particular reason to talk to you about politics."
It's sad that it has to be that way, but it is genuinly imposible to argue with someone who, first of all, isn't willing or even capable of changing their mind if it means surrendering to another persons argument. The reason why that is such a big problem in and of itself is just like the example I gave before. Even if you get people to agree with your points, they will still dismiss them in the end, beacuse they are so afffraid to be proven wrong. This mentality is ultimately flawed, however, because it's not about who is right and who is wrong. It's about listining to and learning from each other's perspectives and being open minded to different viewpoints than your own. That doesn't mean you shouldn't call people out on their bullshit. You deffinately should. Just make sure that it actually is bullshit you are calling out and not a valuable lesson like the truth for instance.

Democrats OPENLY SAY that ALL guns should be BANNED, and VERY FEW say that it should be limited. 84% of Democrats think that all guns should be banned and 76% of Democrats want to completely abolish the 2nd amendment.
