I love red River. We usually go in he Summer time to a family reunion. Warm days and cool night. Love it

In the town itself you are correct, very few domiciles have garages and if they do its just to park a car, no tinkering room.
On that road to Eaglenest the road divides. The right fork takes you back into a valley with multimillion $$$$ homes........with functional garages!
But in all honesty Red River is a tourist town. Most folks are there to ski, fish, hike, relax.......not tinker.
