Hello from Texas. I'm 45 and as a child I remember just being absolutely FASCINATED with other countries, families, cultures, food. I'm so thankful for the internet to be able to have access to so much knowledge. I love watching these kinds of videos. Unless Omicron messes things up this year (BTW, Happy New Year), our teenaged son is scheduled to go on a tour of the UK in July. Thankfully he's not a picky eater so I'm having him watch food videos of what to eat in Belfast, Dublin, Edinburgh, London and Paris. I'm so excited for him to try meat pies, sausages, clotted cream, scones, a full English breakfast etc. I'm not a milk drinker at all, but I hear the milk tastes better in the UK. Thanks for these vids!

Never tried radishes cooked before, will have to give that a go! I made your chicken bake this week which we really enjoyed, our 2 year old daughter is going through such a fussy stage at the moment and only wants to eat beige food and baked beans... x

I'm more of an authentic enchilada fan w/ corn tortillas, Monterey Jack and contija cheese, with shredded chicken, Las Palmas red ench sauce and Monterey and green onions on top. HOWEVER, your enchiladas came out so beautiful that I might change my mind!

100% would recommend steaming the broccoli in the microwave..! It only takes a few minutes, and it’s a lot less ‘watery’ and locks in all the goodies!

why are you cooking the canned tuna its already cooked leave the meat alone it didnt overcook you just eat it

you should really consider to change your frying pan, it is all scratched so not very healthy! ;-)
