A bit of a correction for what I say about the trophies: While it's true that there isn't a trophy **directly** attached to it this time, you do get a collectible for the hotel from it, and there IS a trophy for acquiring all 88 of those. So if you want to platinum the game, you will need to do this.

Thank you sir. It is really helpful. The stronger hand tip seems to be the key.
I also have another tip. Don't do this. Do something else during the time. I'll explain my method.
    1. Select a music you like and play it loud
    2. Launch the "mini"game
    3. Restart a lot when you make a mistake or it starts wrong.
    4. Enjoy the restart time listening to the music
    5. Do the thing while having fun
    6. Don't do it again. Never again.*
I think it limits the frustration of doing some pointless task over and over again.
    *Until the third part

Why did they add this again?!?! I hated the pull up challenge

You absolutely have to still do it. I can’t imagine anyone obsessed over the trophy in the last game if they weren’t going for platinum, meaning for all the people who actually cared about getting the trophy last time, it still needs to be done.

It's mandatory to finish the crunches quest for the Platinum dude :-)

I'm pretty sure you DO need to do thus for the platinum. A collectible for the hotel is tied to it.

Nice! Thank you for this. Really helpful tips, even just the reminder about dominant hand starting and the finicky "hold down" mechanic which have been hit and miss for me. More of these for the harder minigames out there if you can please! Liked and subbed 👍

Yeah the green hold prompts certainly seem to be a sticking point, and are definitely pretty easy to mess up. It took me quite a while to figure out exactly how they worked and what the game actually wants you to do.

I find it impossible to do a green ring correctly. I can get the ring to fill up, but I always fall over afterwards. Tried turning on haptic feedback but just can't seem to get it right. As such I can't even beat Ronnie (I think that's his name)
    Honestly feels like it's bugged.

It seems a common mistake is to wait for the green ring to completely fill and then fully press the button. But that's not what the game wants you to do. You need to time it so you complete your press as the green ring completes. Trust me , it's not bugged, the tutorial is just unclear.

@@WhitePointerGaming thanks for the feedback. The developers were really unforgiving with somw of these minigames! I will try again and see if I can get the hang of it. It's a delicate balancing act these days trying to play while also having kids 😆

@@WhitePointerGaming happy to say i finally beat this. Managed to get to grips with the green ring. Turned sound off, covered Jules and favoured dominant hand. 51 - 49, fell over right at the end and feared the worst but managed to scrape it. Thanks again 👍🏼

I swear I can feel my adaptive feedback motor give out on those half-push buttons. That thing feels totally unreliable as I just barely push down on the shoulder button. I'll get to 35 reps and all of a sudden I will feel whatever is under the shoulder button slip and I lose. I know the "trick" is to slowly build and not lose a button press, much like FF7Remake, but the haptics are janky as hell. And having the pattern reverse does nothing except wastes the player's time since it is easier to rely on muscle memory when dealing with a criss-cross pattern, and everyone is smart enough to realize you can restart to get the same starting button...Except now I have to waste 5 minutes constantly restarting to get back to where I was. Frustrating...
