Heck ya going to give this a go today - is this a good standalone workout or would you recommend adding to it? If I was going to purchase your programs which one would be similar to this style?
If you don’t mind me asking, how tall are you? I’m roughly 6,2 and 200lbs and I feel like I could never get a thicker physique than I have now without gaining a considerable amount of body fat on top of it
This looks like a great set to try out. I recently started doing some body weight workouts at home and jumping rope. I am 57, 6' tall and 255# What KB weight do you recommend for this set? 25#?
First round draft pick for end of the world army. 💪
Gotta be proficient with heavy AND light weight. Also I prefer bows vs guns.

Joe are you trading in your KB USAs for Kettlebell Pros? You’re making me wonder if I should convert as well?! lol
You could say that. I find the Pro KB to be the best for my personal goals and many of my clients right now. prokettlebell.com/online-store?aff=swing
