Such a shame her demons/depression got the upper hand and took away her joy for singing. You can hear her voice was still in good shape, she just needed to get her breath control back and refine her technique... It reminds me of what Barbra Streisand wrote about her passing: ""She had everything, beauty, a magnificent voice. How sad her gifts could not bring her the same happiness they brought us".
She will always be the greatest singer of all time. Even when the voice half working or not working at all....Her beauty and presence alone was enough to stop anybody in their tracks. I miss her so much I don’t think she really knew how much she was helping us, healing us, building us, motivating us just through her voice
She could do no wrong here.even with maybe 70% of her voice she proved that no one could stand along side her on that stage.What I Miss most is after 2hrs of pure singing she still left you wanting more.tbh there are little to no Singer's out now that I wanna hear for that long#LongLiveTheVoice

Apparently she wasn't smoking that year for a short while and you can hear the concerts after she stopped and then when she started again and here all the clarity has returned and it has that smooth tone. She ended it so well as always too with the amazing hight notes. Only whitney can do that.

This is still the VOICE!!!! It is still there just hiding,I even hear her 80s 90s voice, you can tell she is tired but still THE VOICE!!!
