Is basically getting permits submitted for general contractor like is there is a new construction going o they will need to get permit for electrical plumbing ac and heating but they don’t have the time to actually pull the form fill it out and submit it so that’s where you come in

I have been playing around with the idea got my FL commission in February but keep putting it ok to get NNA certified but thanks to your video about the test and how it was opened book. I just passed my Pennsylvania notary exam, and I'm now waiting for my commission. I told my trainers that I would be very happy making $1-2K per week with my notary business, and they told me that that is a very easy target to hit. I hope that that is true.
Congrats on passing your exam and yes it can be an easy target to hit but you still need a strategy to do it. First, figure out which services your going to focus on first. Then, figure out how your going to get those clients, then finally you can execute.

Awesome video! I am going to get my notary application in this week. The weird thing is that I know several people who hold notary seals but who do absolutely nothing with them except the occasional signature verification.
Thank you very much and yes some people are Notaries but they didn't do enough research about their own industry. A lot of them don't educate them self enough about the notary business model.

Best thing to do after your a notary and a signing agent is get your paralegal certificate just a test at most colleges and offer immigration, LLC, wills, ect the main job dot the I’s cross theT’s and all have to be notarized they work hand-in-hand

It's all about your marketing efforts and building connections. You can thrive in any state. Your strategy just has to be different depending on the state. That's why it's important to model a successful notary in your state.

Yes and move at your own pace. Do as much research as you can then take action once your ready.
In some places it is illegal to charge a travel fee on top of the commission like in NC. Also you can't do marriages as just a notary in NC
Yes through my research I found out that North Carolina is the only state that can't charge a travel fee.

Your welcome! glad you enjoyed the video. When it comes to Notarize you get $5 for every stamp. But it usually takes 5 to 7 minutes to Notarize a document. And I have E&O insurance. That insurance protects the Notary

Thank you Edgy. I have had my Notary for a little over a year. But have done nothing with it. You have given me hope. I am for sure going to look into a few of these. You said the load document, I have to a class on? How about the remote online and the field inspection?
Even if you put your information on Google that's good enough. You can start getting calls that way. You will be able to charge the person a travel fee and your notary fee. That's the easiest way to make some good side money as a notary. All those other things I mentioned are great but you can start with that
Please do a video on what to charge for apostille
For right now I don't have personal experience with apostille but I know you can charge $150 and you can charge double the price if the client wants it done quicker.

What if I tell you my job paid for me to get commissioned as a notary a year ago, and I haven’t used it once (😩so embarrassing). But that’s about to change.
No worries! a lot of Notaries are in the same position as you.. especially those that work in the bank. Many of them don't research the business opportunities they have when they become a notary.

I don't do fingerprinting so I don't know the full details but there's a lot of details of it online. A lot of notaries do it as well. I just know that you have to purchase an equipment in order to do it.

I partnered up with a company that sends me their clients. So with that I don't have to do mush marketing but as for my mobile notary services. I add my business to Google.

Hi Carisa, yes I've heard of the loan signing system. It's a popular choice cause I almost bought it but I ended up paying for the notary coach course called sign and thrive. I was paying $33 a month to access that course.
