Danny Mcbrides best friend directed this movie and mcbride was originally set to play Ronnie, but committed to another movie at the time. He would have been great in it but I think this is Seth Rogans best role he has ever done.

this is going to be a cult classic one day.. it totally flew under 99% of people's radars but I loved the shit out of it, has a lot of psychological subtlety that people overlook because they expect it to be another seth rogan comedy.

Danny McBride was gonna play Seth Rogen's part, but was committed to another project. I think Rogen was great in this. Danny would've been a totally different Ronny, and it would have been great. This movie is 5 star from Jody Hill imo. The acting awesome. Michael Peña is hilarious in this.

This was the funniest movie of '09. It's sad that so many people shit on it because it's not just another middle of the road comedy.
