how did you have 2 different hotkey 1-0 binded at once and switch between them. if the answer was the numpad i cant seem to get the numpad working for extra controls like you have.
It's a working conjunction between Tofuman's Palette Manager Tool and any binding program (I use Joy2Key for example). The Manager Tool has 4 hotbars to set independently from each other as well as shortcuts to jump to each bar. Map the shortcut combination to your controller and mute the Palette Manager so that when it changes, the jingle won't play every time. Also, you are able to map to a control bar so you can hold the change button to swap the hotbar as you would your action palette. However, I never do this strictly because of the fact that 100PB will cancel out your entire control bar. So I use two main bars to bypass 100PB while keeping it at 100. Another also if you intend on doing this, be sure to map the Scroll Lock part of the Palette Manager shortcut to the same button 'Action Palette Change' is on. This is to prevent you from casting or using whatever is in the number part of the shortcut while also being able to use whatever is in it at will. Some who practice this playstyle keep that number blank just for that reason and it locks them out of using that number.

As Ephinea is a Vanilla server (With sprinkles), there are no custom gear sets. Only a select few things are changed such as Clio being used by HUney and RAml for example.
