small nitpick, you mentioned Galatin when talking about beat time but on Ephinea where most people play this weapon no longer works off beat time it just uses it's strongest atp all day long.
you mention Humans ability to use more materials, but you implied this was true for HP materials when it in fact isn't. every class gets 125 hp and tp mats (if not cast) that don't count against other material limits, it's only the main stat materials that all share a limit (which is were you're right, humans get a highier cap)
When comparing Rangers, especialy Fleshy's vs casts I think it's relevent to mention that when using special attacks casts have a 30% extra base chance to land confusion freeze and paralisis and a penalty to using devil's and demon's specials. for Ramar it just means that depending on the special used (such as spread needle mentioned) a Raceseal even with less ATA may land it more often.
I definitely mentioned about the cast bonus to some specials; the reason I didnt talk about Devil's and Demon's is because the penalty affects cast rangers so I wanted to mention that in a cast Ranger video instead! I get what you mean though, it is an important difference between them.
It's more a feature of earlier versions of PSO; a lot of the interactions have been removed on BB private servers, with a couple of exceptions. In short, internet (beat) time was a system developed by watch company Swatch and it was intended to be used by Sega as a way for players around the world to arrange meetups easier online. The day was split into 1000 'beats'. The idea being that you could meet at say 'beat time 500' rather than translating timezones. Of course it didn't catch on (as you'd still have to translate the beat time to whatever time it was in your timezone!) Sega then tied beat time to some gear in game. For example, the Heaven Punisher's Divine Punishment special only works on certain beat times.
