This week my aim was to make myself look more awake after a very early morning job. I was going out later that day so wanted to add touches to my makeup to help create a wide awake face lift makeup. By using Lashify false lashes with careful placement of different lengths along the upper lid I was able to achieve a more lifted wide awake eye, therefore creating the illusion of a face lift!
I have covered this topic before in previous films and have linked them within the film.
Do you use false lashes, how do you apply them? Have you tried just applying them as I do here on the inside of the lash line rather than above? Would love to read your comments.

I’m using my fingers as tools now and the result is a soft-focused natural look even when I’m wearing a bit more makeup. I also wear my lipsticks in that blurred way that lasts and lasts. Lashify is amazing! I’ve been a fan for 5 years. I gave up mascara. I also use Seint cream makeup. It’s a huge game changer for 61 year old!
Fantastic info about this lash brand! And yes - would love a more detailed video! Which length of lashes did you use? If you use mascara - can you use make-up remover to remove mascara and keep lashes on for longer? 🙏🏻

I have these lashes and yes, they are that easy to apply! I can't get the hang of ordinary lashes at all- one side always looks uneven but these are great!❤

Morning Caroline! What an interesting video.... I've never in my 55 years worn false lashes. Never! I am clumsy and a bit ham-fisted so I think I just didn't need the hassle before I went out, but I do love the look they achieve. Also as a glasses wearer, I'm not sure if they'd 'interfere' in some way. If I were to ever to try it, this system looks really easy. Are they difficult to take off? I've heard such horror stories about false lashes pulling out natural lashes. Your tips of colour above the socket and using lipstick as blush is one I always use now though. Thanks, Caroline. X

Hi Caroline, what a lovely makeup look. I must say your skin is looking absolutely fabulous these days. I loved the berry lipstick but when you whacked it on your cheeks I thought, "Omg Caroline what are you doing?!?" but then you blended it in and it just looked beautiful!!

What a great weekend look. I’ve been hearing many good things about the new Shiseido foundation. I’ve never used any of their products, but that foundation sounds like it would be perfect for my dry, dehydrated skin. I’ve never worn false lashes and probably will not bother. Be well.

Once again you've smashed it with another gorgeous look that looks easy for us to recreate. For me it would be without the additional lashes, not because I have particularly good natural lashes but because I'm very sensitive around my eyes and I can't see well enough without my glasses to apply them 🤦🏻♀️
Will definitely try the 2 colours of base though. I only have different shades of concealer so would you recommend I get 2 different shades of foundation for the lifted look?

What a fantastic idea to put lashes on under your lashes. Does the glue etc. hurt your own lashes? They look great - and so natural. I always hate the way you can see a gap between false and natural lashes.

Do these lashes come off at nighttime? Would love to try fake lashes, but scared of the faff ❤
I would kill to see a tutorial which uses lots of different colour eyeshadow sticks like the Kiko or Bobbi Brown ones to see which eyeshadow colours work and which don't. Some eyeshadow colours look good on me and some make me look so ill! I have a medium warm skin tone but using eyeshadow tones which are warm can just look dreadful and at deaths door! It's a real mystery, I currently own about 30 of said sticks and many of them are just shockers!
Would this work with really sparse and short lashes? I have been getting extensions done professionally and the cost is getting too much . Mascara doesn't work for me either . I am feeling very bald right now with nothing on my lashes and was thinking of giving this a try.
