I have the same one. Has 3 modes: All (wall and floor) - just wall and just floor. In all mode it will do the walls first, then will do the floor. Its working right. It also has a bluetooth app where you can set speed and cleaning mode. It also tells you how much battery remaining. 👍 Its a good product.
Mine does the same thing when it climbs the wall, sometimes it will stay and clean or it will come right back down. However sometimes it wont go all the way up the all idk if something is wrong with it or what. With your debris situation in ur pool it will eventually work its way to it on a full run. I have no issues with it cleaning just confused on why it wont climb all the way up the wall half the time...
Maybe your unit got stuck in wall mode. Mine will do that if I press the on/off switch too long. For some reason I don’t get a voice prompt saying that the unit is in wall mode or floor mode. The only voice prompt I get is all cover mode.

Have you figured out how to change the modes? Just got mine and it does the same thing

Interesting, yeah mine always says All Cover Mode so i assumed that's what it was in. I will try this. Thanks!
