Fun watch! There use to be a similar kind of community brewing club here near Calgary but it didn't make it through covid unfortunately. I never went but knew some home brewers that were regulars. Seeing the images and videos of gallagher's, looks like a great community gathering spot.
Great interview! Chris is a really funny guy, I was chuckling quite a bit. I like the sound of what is going at Gallaghers at all levels. I would agree that Pliny is clean. I think the real glory comes from the balance.
He was definitely a lot of fun to chat with over a beer. Agreed, Im very jealous of anyone in Edmunds or the Seattle are who have that spot as a hang out.
I'm a regular at Gallagher's. Chris and Gregg are great people. The "vibe" at Gallagher's is always good because that's important to Chris and Gregg. I live nearby and have revived a passion for brewing that survived a 35 year hiatus. If you're in the area, this is a wonderful visit. Don't miss it.
@@BeerBrackets I had a well insulated travel trailer that I used for lagering. I made a Belgian inspired beer with coriander and orange peel that I dry hopped with orange blossoms. I couldn't keep mom out of it!.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment! What was your favorite thing to brew back before your 35 year hiatus?

Let's go! I have been a customer for nearly 20 years and now my son says it has the best beer around.
So jealous! Seems like a really fun place to hang out. Welcome to the channel! Cheers friend 🍻
I can personally attest to the fun and great beer produced here. My son and I have made at least a dozen batches.
That’s amazing!! Thanks for watching and taking the time to leave a comment. Welcome to the channel friend 🍻
Ok, as Chris' Mom, I'm biased...but this was an awesome podcast!!
