We qualified more or less at the same time. Can relate for sure. Look after yourself, burn out is definitely real and I was definitely struggling in my previous role before moving, wasn't sure I had the energy to keep going.
Have you tried "questions of the day"? I know someone who did this with wild success. Just silly fun stuff like "what's your favorite dish to make" or "if you could have one super power what would it be?" etc. I'm glad management has blessed your self appointment as CNO! Seriously, little things like what you've described go a long way in making everyone happier and more productive! Unfortunately I'm way too shy to be our CNO, and no one else seems to want to take on this needed role where I work. :(
Well I made a spear head out of aluminum and I made a sword well really a double edge sharpened bar of metal. I rote a story by typing it out a little every little break. And there's trying to figure out why one of my coworkers believes in flat urth.
@@Actuaryelle Yep. My manager, that was hardly ever at the desk with us, one day rang someone on our team to be let out of the toilets. He had accidentally got himself locked in there with a female who was 'working' at the company as well. Needless to say he got paid more than most of us working at the desks. This was about 5 years ago now. I no longer work there.
obviously it's pronounced - gif
Ah yes. My mistake

Thanks Evan. I'm a month in to a 6 month sabbatical and it's great 😆
Even as a student, venting is my go-to self-care tbh.
Venting is how I made it through exams 🙈
I love being able to light a candle while I work from home! - loved the tips, been feeling this way too

Hahaha thank you Dominic 🥰
meeshell? NO! Youshell!

How some people at work make it fun: go to toilets and have sex instead of working. 😆
Definitely not my strategy 🤣

I don't think HR would approve of this as an appropriate management strategy :p
