  • Reporter Jim Ryan traveled to the Crooked River in central Oregon this summer to learn a bit about fly fishing from Rosemarie Stein - a friend, colleague and avid angler. Jim had only gone fly fishing once before, so he leaned pretty heavily on Rosie's expertise to see if she could help him catch anything beside bushes on the riverbank.
