- The famous Metolius River, in Central Oregon was the next destination for our crew at North West Outdoor Adventures. The fish we caught here were absolutely gorgeous and the beautiful scenery only added to the grandeur of this fabulous fishing destination.

It is a beautiful place. Camp Sherman and the entire river down to Lake Billy Chinook is incredible!

Wonderful video. I fished one day during a 5 day trip in Oregon. And I thought my home of the Catskills was tough. I did manage one fish. Spectacular scenery. You captured it perfectly. Thanks for this!

What a beautiful river. I have yet to fish the Metolius even though I grew up in Oregon. Eastern Washington is where I have learned and currently spend my time fly fishing. Your videos always make me want to get back on the river.

Metolius is north of Bend, not south, just FYI.

You said the river is south of bend. Its is north of bend and flows northeast to resavoir billy chinook. If you go south of bend that is la pine and sunriver

I've had the pleasure of fishing this river, and no offense if you're not catching fish then you aren't doing it right I got almost bored catching them 😀
