Fastboot Firmware Flasher v3.7.0 (Script) QoL update

QoL Update:
1. Starting Flashing process will automatically unpack my_preload and my_company into unpacked firmware directory. No need to add it manually if you deleted it.
2. Added File Picker in Firmware Unpacker. Now you can select you OTA.zip from any directory. No need to place OTA inside of Unpacker folder.
But placed zips in the folder will be visible too.
3. After unpacking OTA.zip, payload.bin will be deleted automatically.
