His personal bank statement & bank reference letter If he is using his business account, then submit 1. Resolution by the company to sponsor you. This should be on the company's letterhead 2. affidavit for all that the company is responsible for e.g. your tuition & living expense 3. How do i calculate my proof of funds in naira against CAD? is there a rate card that IRCC uses? how do i know if my funds are sufficient? 2. Secondly, if i wish to travel with my common law partner, will you advice i do it now or wait till i arrive Canada to start the process? Which is easier as i understand both options still require you to proof sufficient funds.?
For the first question, not so sure but people suggest you use the official rates but you can confirm this with your school they can help with that. From my experience, it is easier to apply for a spouse work permit after you’ve arrived here as a student. Not a legal advice.

Make sure you still show proof of funds in your MBS or Statement of account. And pay tuition fee as well. If you do this you settle the POF part, then you work on career progress and home ties.
@ Abo. The Student investment account is also a Proof of fund. I need to pay it first. When u are done, u will get acknowledgment of payment from the company. That is what u will submit along with your other documents

You need a letter and an affidavit from your father indicating he sent the money to you for your studies so it won’t be a red flag

It's recommended u pay your Tuition fee before u submit your documents. It increases your Chances.
