You know, i have an idea like this a while ago, but more specifically for a new Act 4
Basically, after BF and Ultra M end the first verse (in this minute 6:16), they will appear slowly new characthers to help BF to beat Ultra M. When they end a verse (or a leitmotiv from other mod song), they will appear another characthers, until we reach the BF breakdown (this minute 7:34), then all the characthers that appeared will stay, no more help characthers will come, and everyone will stop singing while BF cries to see how he lost all hope and he torment himself for GF death, until he get mad and try to fight again (in the end of this minute 7:59). Then, before anyone sings again, there will be a new cinematic, showing how the cardtrige brokes and everyone break free in full power, to fight Ultra M in the real world (a place where he's "weak" and can be beated). Once on the real world, everyone will sing again, and together will defeat M (like in this video)
I will love to tell you more of this idea so you can make a video about it (if you want), it would be an amazing battle (and you don't need to give me credit, i only want to see this idea becoming true)

Here is an idea for players 15 and 16 and it's Cuphead an Mugman for the 1st phase you can you the don't funk with the devil sprites for the 3rd phase Mugman dies and use the Mugman.exe sprites and Cuphead survives and probably use Cuphead's indie cross sprites for the final phase.
Heres one:
Add Dimentio on team God, switch Luigi to a GF role, and at Act 3, have Mr L from Super Paper Mario
