I can’t believe that someone could watch this compilation and not come to the conclusion that these two people are in love. At this time at least, perhaps not later. Cait is glowing, like she hasn’t done so since.
If there was ever a couple I would wish to be together and make beautiful babies and live happily ever after it would be these 2!!!!!! Just AMAZING!!!!!!

I've watched hundreds of scenes ( on and off screen) with Sam and Cait and definitely, the way he looks at her every time is neverthe less an indication of his feelings, love for Cait, even if Cait did her best to avoid the moment by laughing...I'm sure Sam was in love with Cait but due to circumstances ( her private relationship ) their relationship could not go on and develop....In a way, I feel sorry for him because HE was in love and could do nothing but go on alone...
Either they are the best actors ever, or do I see a real connection? Can you have that amazing connection on screen but not off?? I don't think so. What ever it is it is amazing for sure and a pleasure to watch!!

I do miss those early years when Sam & Cait were less guarded during interviews. They seemed so taken with each other and their life on Outlander. I know their lives have changed and gone in different directions. Nothing stays the same. But at least they are consummate performers and always bring their A game to the set. I think their chemistry at the time added to my enjoyment of the show but I've had to move passed that too.

Claire has a daughter...she is TALL like Jamie, AND named after his father (as Jamie asks before he forces her to go back to her time)...hence, BRIANA. BUT, his meddling sister didn't like to see him so unhappy losing Claire, that she convinces him to wed "Leerie" which doesn't work out and he leaves her. THEN Claire returns and there is much to do and so much fun to read about that!!!!! Jamie STILL prefers Claire, naturally....and loves the pics she brought with her so share his child as a baby, then on thru the years to adulthood. And she had the right genes to help HER go thru the stones to get to her mother and father!!!!!!! Sorry if I said too much. But faithful readers of Diana's books will want it set straight.

I came back to this after seeing that something changed and he does not look at her like he does in the clips from first 2 seasons. They have the right to date whomever they want but the social media bullying of Mackenzie might have changed his public behavior with Cait and./or he walked completely away from his feelings and that's that.. Whatever happened is the their business (the 3 of them) but it is a shame if they lose the precious friendship too. I do not think fans "made up" a connection. They could not look at each other without smiling and "lighting up" and the cozy hugs and especially his kisses are not something I think people can keep "acting as if" over so many red carpets and interviews and behavior on set. It's a shame if they have walked away from what might have been the best thing any of us could wish for - whether that be the friendship of kindred spirits or something more. ..

Labyrinthmr... I've always believed they really r together due to believing my eyes and a lot of inside info and off camera behavior I've seen. But due to contracts and pressure from Starz have had to keep it covered. Not crazy. Many think this. Soulmates IMO. Also most of the clips in this video are from the very beginning when they had more freedom to just be themselves and act out their hearts. Then Starz put the clamps on them IMO about not being a couple. Most contracts have non frat clauses. .no romantic relationships between leads for their own reasons.
