I have a 2005 that was in really bad shape. Used a heatgun on the plastics,& it worked great. Mine are red, but i hear it works on yellow also. Suzuki got it right with the ozark. Strong, fast atv. Yours came out really nice.
Thank you! The heat gun method is awesome! I used it before on blue and red! These quad are truly fast! I'm glad to hear you like how your quad turned out!
I got mine this exact way! It has been sitting in the bush for 6 years practically white with fading, simple carb clean and diaphragm replacement and it goes and goes, a uncountable amount of miles and runs fine absolutely no oil burning at a estimated 10000 kms
So just as a tip, you don’t have to re-paint the plastics. All that’s needed is wet sanding, then a polish. The wet sand will remove all of the old burnt/aged plastic. And will look brand new.
It's "O" - Zark not "OZ" Ark LOL, just messing with ya! You did a fantastic job, I love that you kept it yellow and the front bars and rack look great, mean lookin". Thanks for sharing!!!
All you need to do bro is give I a good washing, then go get you one of those heat guns, it will turn it just like new..( takes away the fading). Don't paint it..
Don't get rid of the Carb!!! It's a very high quality Mikuni (I think) or other high end proven brand. Do what Rad Madness said and check the pilot etc...do NOT replace with Chinese, rebuild it completely if you have to and never worry about it again for 20 years plus :-) Just sayin'

Their great quads
Hey there, awesome video! What kind of paint did you use?

Also it would look sick with 2” wheel spacers, and no top front and rear racks. I have the same quad that my kids ride.
yup
Lools awesome! Great job.
Thanks!

I have a 2007 but it’s red instead of yellow but for some reason my reverse and neutral lights are in the opposite places😂
Nice! 2007 is a good year for sure! Your lights are probably in the opposite places becauses yours is newer!
Hello! Could you help me please. I need new wheel rims and I want to set up bigger one. Which one I have to choose? What is offset of wheels?

I agree but this one was just to bad.
I have a green one but it might need a new carburator because it will run fine with out the throttle cable but with it it will try to take off
Their nice quads! Your pilot jet is probably dirty.
