@@raheemmancrum I wonder how long of a contract they have with new flyer. I actually like the new flyer busses and driven one of them. They have a quick take-off then the gillig buses.
@@engineersdash7564 That contract ended a couple years ago. We just ordered 28 XE60’s ( New Flyer Xcelsior Articulated electric buses) with options for 30 more. There is also a procurement out for 207 more buses which will likely be split between New Flyer and Gillig which is up for evaluation now and will be awarded any day now. This is a 5 year contract for 265 buses, and again the first award went to New Flyer.
@@raheemmancrum We don’t have anymore Gilligs on order at the moment. The new 5 year contract is being evaluated and the first 28 plus options for 30 (out of 265 buses) was recently approved for New Flyer 60 foot all-electric buses. The remaining however will depend on the final evaluation.
Marta is loaded with a lot of new flyer buses in their fleet. Nice video.
They have more gilligs on order than new flyers

Marta Transportation is amazing! Let’s grow the transit system in Atlanta.
Nice and Merry Christmas
Same to you
Local or express bus
All local. Now CobbLinc up in Marietta has some suburban styled Gilligs that run on their rapid and express routes
@@knucklesdafunkeeog6523 Don’t forget about CobbLinc MCI Coaches and GRTA Xpress MCI coaches.
Of course not. I LOVE those MCIs especially the older units that are Detroit Diesel Series 60 and the Cummins ISM powered
Keeps the videos coming.
