The story includes emotive music and sound effects. This sleep meditation set on Christmas Eve will help to bring peace to your mind and allow you to contemplate about your plans for the new year.
In the landscape of snow, you and Santa Claus deliver three gifts to people you know. All of the Reindeer are here and pull you and Santa on a sleigh ride to each house.
Use this guided meditation to bring perspective to things in your life, to show gratitude and allow yourself to move on for the new year.
Christmas is about showing others empathy and yourself self love.
Once you have delivered the gifts with Santa, it's back home to sit comfortably by an open fire.
Relax and allow the sound of the open fire to send you to sleep.

Listened to this last night (Xmas eve) and didn't even know that I had fallen asleep before it ended. That rarely happens. Usually I have to use the 8-10 hour ones to achieve this. I really enjoyed it. Thank you 🙏.

Hooray! Another video! This year has been almost as bad as 2020 but you make everything better. Just wanted to add something. My daughter listens to you, she is going through a lot of health issues now and you help her to sleep. She likes the train journey the most and she told me that when her dog hears your voice ( she doesn't use headphones) he lays right down and sleeps all night. So not only do you help people to Texas but animals to. She thought it was a fluke but it has happened three times now. So thanks Christian for helping anxiety ridden people and now anxiety ridden dogs.
I'll agree with you there, hopefully next year is better.
It helps my dog to she is fast asleep on my bed cuddled up to me ❤

I’m sorry but I just couldn’t take this seriously! I started giggling and was wide awake again! It was the bit about seeing Santa out of the window! We all know he lands on our rooftops! I’m 60 and still believe that to be true!
