Chris, Thirteen years ago a seven year old Lucy sings for her grandfather, and instantly starts her climb up the ladder, with the help of a brilliant vocal coach and an inspirational family she continues that climb, and through sheer hard work and determination , she is now on the very top rung, now we all watch with bated breath as she takes that final step into the the roll of stardom.!!!

Great reaction Larry, I believe the Lucy is a one in a generation performer, her tones, range, breath support and performance ability are all there, the complete package. This young woman is going places, I believe whichever direction/s Lucy wants to take, that she will be successful, she is that versatile. Pop, musicals, gospel, perhaps even country, nothing is beyond her capabilities.

Hi Chris, Every song's I ever listen like 'My Heart Will Go On', the 10,000 Hours and the 'Evergreen' it seems never get enough listening to her voices.
FYI, Lucy’s sold out concert in Manchester is next week. She will be performing at Sakura Hall in Tokyo on September 8th. She will be starring in the concert version of Rosie the Musical in London in the fall and in the musical itself in London’s West End next year.

This is a great day! I've seen new reactions to Lucy from you and also from YOSC, two of my very favorite reactors to Lucy (and Martha).

You are spot on. Lucy is already my Queen of Vocals.
Christina Perri's version of this song from the movie series "Twilight" was beautiful and the video's visuals in Christina's version were stunning. But with all due respect to Ms. Perri, Lucy's vocals of this song blow Christina's vocals out of the water.
I've noticed that the number of reactors to Lucy keeps growing in leaps and bounds, and that is great.
They are all catching up now on Lucy videos that you and the other regular reactors have already reacted to.
The one thing that I've noticed however is that every reactor seems to be overlooking the earlier song videos that Lucy did when she was 14 or 15 years old.
She performed stunning renditions of songs of the great divas at that young age.
I so highly recommend "I WILL NEVER LOVE AGAIN" from "A Star Is Born".
Although only 15, lucy's voice is so powerful, so emotional, and so mature for her age.
I've listened to the great diva Lady Gaga singing it twice recently, and I'm sorry, with all due respect to Lady Gaga, Lucy's version, at 15, just blows Lady's version out of the water.
Please consider playing and reacting to it and her other stunning earlier videos like "MEMORY" and "RUN".

At the live concert in Manchester Lucy sang this as a tribute to Martha with a giant screen showing photos of them growing up then Martha walked on stage and they sang Wonderful World and The Prayer it was incredible!
I can just imagine how that sequence went down live. How I'd love to see it as recorded. For that matter, the entire concert.
We can ALL hope there is a video of that song released from the concert along with the two Lucy and Martha sang !!!!

The video sequences are clearly a nod to Rosie The Musical in which Rosie Boote falls in love with a cavalry officer. Lucy will play the part of Rosie. The musical is due to open in London’s West End early next year.
Hi Chris glad to see you back with Lucy. You are right she is the Queen of song. and soon the World will see it and hear it .She sings this song beautifully in my opinion better than the original it just has more body and richness. Lucy only finished full time education 8 months ago and this year she is coming out to the World. She has a lot on this year with Live Concerts her acting training for "Rosie" and the stage preview of of Rosie. before its launch early next year. I always love your reactions to Lucy even though there are times I disagree with you but at least we now agree she is the Queen of song. Chris you really should listen to Lucy´s songs from her musical she is made for musical theatre. Thanks for your continued support for Lucy.
Thanks Chris, great reaction as always. I hope Lucy does react to your request for an interview - it would be fascinating. In this video the background is a reference to Rosie the upcoming musical Lucy is starring in. It depicts Lucy and her beau in a happy time. The establishment of the time and even the King tried to break them up - but to no avail. Love won and the final song of Rosie is We Can Change the World which I am sure will be a show stopper with a standing ovation. Please review this next. Your references to Lucy looking at the camera are sometimes, in my opinion, in error. Many, many times she does look at the camera in her videos and other times she acts the lyrics when it is needed. And sometimes ends with a smile! Which makes everyone smile.
The queen of vocals. As you have become Chris, one of many people's favorite reactors to Lucy, it would be really cool if you have time and could do some of her earlier stuff to realize what it is really we have here with this prodigy that is Lucy. I would love you to see her first TV performance on the voice and especially her cover of Memory when she was only 15. These two performance for me cemented Lucy as the potential find of the century. It's in these performances too that Lucy's famous ability to mesmerize, I'm sure, had their roots (her reactions and interaction with the judges after the song was finished). She just had that appeal. There was just something special about her, as you'll see for yourself. The potential was literally leaping off the stage. And yes that Princess then is now the queen. I agree 100%. The thing is as you'll hopefully see.....she was that good then.....never mind now.

To me these days there are two young female singers which are equally impressive and yet so different: Lucy Thomas and Angelina Jordan (you really should listen to Angelina's most recent rendition of "Unchained Melody, during the Nobel Peace Prize event in Oslo, last December). I like your idea for an interview with Lucy: hopefully she will react to that.
