- Week 30 of IRONMAN 70.3 is done, which means just 2 weeks away from race day. And while I tried to focus on fine tuning details, in this video things take a turn with my training to the point where I started to experience some major anxiety and doubt on whether I can finish this race. Open water swimming is not easy. I find that if i start the swim with a few deep breaths and head above the water I do better. Then I go into my groove. Stay calm and keep your steady pace you’ve practiced! You’ve got this!!

Best of luck to ya'll tomorrow! Based on forecast might be a bit wet so be extra careful on turns.. avoid paint stripes if possible as they can be extra slick!

Crazy how prepared we were for the bike ride fuel wise, but then EVERYTHING else went wrong haha!! Wasn't meant to be!
