Wednesday morning There will be a fish market. Some farm owners will sell their fish themselves. Sometimes there are fish caught from the river or forest for sale. I live in Thailand. And I really like watching this UA-cam channel😊 Especially when opening the box. Thank you 🙏
@@nwyk153They are very invasive in many lakes and eat all other species out. The asian carp is a huge issue also, here, as it fills the rivers and outcompetes the food for other local fish.
My love for this hobby is saltwater reef aquaium. You guys make freshwater interesting since my first aquarium was freshwater. Because you guys I added a freshwater aquarium . Great videos always funny watching you guys. Can't wait to stop by your store,
4:30 that's a "king" red arowana and personally im not a fan of.but even though that is technically a defect some people value that kind of fish than a regular body arowana.
Ughhhh the last fish you showed I'm 95% positive is not a half beak and is actually a hujeta gar or "rocket gar" not gunna lie I'm kinda obsessed with them
That many jardini is crazy. I live in Australia where they come from. Never seen a tank like that. It’s not that hard to get them. But you will have to look. Most stores won’t have one. Never seen a store with more then 2 or 3.
Been there many times. Every time you walk through it you notice something different. I saw 4 inch clown loaches for $5. I looked into trying to bring a few fish home in the luggage, but the customs paperwork for an individual makes it not worth the trouble.
Hey rod and Kev just wondering if you guys are able to list Asian arowana and sell them from your warehouse in Thailand? If they are cheaper in Thailand I’d rather spend less money overall than buy one here in Canada from a seller who I can’t trust as much as you guys. Your videos are my therapy after coming home from university so thank you for what you guys do been a fan for the last 5 years thank you.
@@E71000 Mabey next Monday is pretty good. Though Sonkran has finished yesterday I’ll take sometime for all the people to be selling fish so Mabey on next Saturday or Sunday
Thailand do breed koi now and show good quality ones to as i had one years ago and was a beautiful koi they are getting better in quailty and you do get the odd stunner but are pretty much ya basic budget koi
Only thing I will not agree with is the promotion of the “short body” fish. Back then it was an still is a birth defect that people are now trying to breed more of which is sad. They have shorter lives an for what? Our enjoyment? Other then that love you guys keep the good work going
You are absolutely right about that even albinos be it fish or reptiles or mammals or animals in general Albino is a horrible birth defect that is not a good thing for the animal most albino animals for instance the albino tigers 90% of them come out cross eyed and have eye problems due to that trend that people are paying top dollar for so honestly albino and short body animals or fish is something the trade needs to stop truthfully
Think the "high back "aro is a type called king arowana. It's a rare spinal deformity that makes them an expensive must have for the collectors. They put our shops in the uk to shame over there for sure
Guys I kno u guys r not fully in motion but in tha future will u guys customize mini filtration systems? I have a 55 gallon long tank and I can’t never get the filtration right so I have stopped trying to grow fish but I want to get back into it but I need real help not oh buy this it will help u go sure help
Guys I need one of those fly river turtle babies. @thefishcorner needs one for his toddler son to raise. He doesn’t have a ton of money. He’s a hard working guy. He’s just hit 20K recently with his UA-cam channel. I think the turtle would be a great addition to his collection and a bonding experience with his son. 🙏🏼 could you quote him a good price?
Hey guys if you are interested to see Malaysian Arowana farm with authentic pure bloodline from the river , hit me up . I'm in Malaysia . Love to bring u guys around and exchange information & learn from each other.
Because you support short body fish & fish that realistically half of their owners are just going to dump in a local lake /pond. I refuse to buy from you. I love the channel I have been a fan since 2020. It’s just unfortunate because you then have people like big rich/Rick rescuing your fish
Appreciate seeing your travels but please do not promote "short bodies" or other freaks brought about by in-breeding. The fish in the first tank had such poor fins, $10k - seriously?
Why on earth every video has price tags 10k fish 100k golden tank ect are they about there fish or are they about UA-cam likes and money I’m Guessing the later after watching only a handful of there videos, sad tbf
We should have a petition on line and get our congressman or senators to revisit the bill that keeps arowanas from coming into the U.S. if they have tags and paperwork what is the problem?? You can rob a store and not get Jail time you spend $25.000.00 dollars on a fish and get 50 yrs this country is broken and needs fix’en Trump 2024!!
Personally that would be like our flea markets over here in the United States but a permanent flea market everybody has their little stores around there and they know the fish markets are there so that's where the people are going to be

Rod sounds like a little kid asking Kevin: "Can we get some of these?" LOL
🤣
Asian Arowanas are my favorite, wish we could have them here. Such beautiful fish.
i dont get why US wont allow Asian Aro. They are bred like crazy here.
@@nwyk153 cause we have the dumbest people on this planet making our animal laws

Got a question why is arrowana legal in USA they have a bunch in store!

How long have the arowanas been illegal? I'm pretty sure I use to see them in Japanese and Chinese restaurants, not to long ago.

Agreed it's messed up
100% colour mutations is fine. I don’t see the point in short body. And breeding for it is not good.
I have to gag at any “balloon” fish, they just look so unnatural and unhealthy.

I wish we can have some more Flowerhorn and jardini arowana. Since we can’t have Asian arowana. Jardini is the closest to looking like an Asian.
