Woot! I've struggled in the past with different segments of my audience and 'exclusive benefits'. Like, what do you offer your newsletter list vs your Patrons? which is valued more highly? It gets into calculation of sales that is very vague and swampy and 'the math doesn't math right' for me. I really get stuck when I come up against conflicting priorities like this. Just was in Estelle Van de Velde's SEO For Authors launch and wondered about directing traffic to your book product page, but wanting to provide people with tailored choices, so wanting to direct them to your B2R page instead... This is definitely coming from a Refuse To Choose mentality 😆

Wonderful tips! I love the idea of having regular segments. I'll definitely be using that one :)

I've just done a major push for collaborations and wrote 40 emails INDIVIDUALLY to people who had sent me their email...and the majority put me in spam. 😵😞 Whyyyyyy gmail....

Ahh yes individually can be risky if you haven’t emailed them before. Certain words come across as “spam” so depending on the language you used that could be why. Usually email marketing platforms like Mailerlite can get us better deliverability than sending a bunch of emails individually

Click rates will go up when you give your subscribers a reason to click, so compelling reviews or summaries of your book & why they should buy it, with a clear call to action or button to click on should help drive that click rate up!
