The first time Art said "all the mamas on the homestead are pregnant", there was an eruption of high-pitched squeals, almost matching that of your table when you told the kids, here at our house. I do think you're right, people have fixed that two or three children is normal, and in some ways, census wise, at least it is. When I was growing up all of my friends' families had 10, and 11, and even 12 children, ours was the exception with four boys. My mother wanted a girl all the times she was pregnant, and I think if she had one more boy she would have gone over the edge. I am so excited for you guys, babies are the best, and they do smell so good. I, like Art, am a baby man, if there's a baby close I'm going to find a way to hold it. God bless you both, and all your children, and I will be praying that your sickness goes away quickly Brie, so can you can enjoy the Bliss, that is the miracle of pregnancy.

My son and his wife just had their sixth child, Faith. They now have three boys, three girls. Children are a blessing!

Funnily enough, it kind of is. Hanging around other women who are pregnant or nursing a newborn makes women more likely to conceive.

As a fellow blessed mom of six, I can totally relate to the comments and stares. We even had one person comment, "You do know what causes that (pregnancy) don't you?" Congratulations!!
Especially now that all ours are into their adult years, we wish we would have had more!

My parents had 8 kids. My dad used to say, “I feel soooooo rich! I have 8 kids to love!”

I had seven kids and loved every single one. One died at three months, another at 20 years, but I don’t regret having a large family.
I can’t believe how big Wilder has gotten. He was just a little pea not so long ago.

As a mummy of seven I hear people say, "How can you give them each enough love and attention?" I tell them "You don't get just one basket of love between 7 kids, you get a new basket full with each baby" I can guarentee excitment and love just multiplies each time. 💜💗🇦🇺

We had six kids and took a lot of heat for it. They are all grown now and I’ve never regretted having all my babies! Congratulations!
Congratulations! My mom and dad had 10 kids. I’m #7. We grew, preserved and ate like 80% of our food. Played in creeks and sled down hills. Life is good.
I am 1 of 9 and we were raised in a 3 bedroom 1 bath house and I would not trade my life for anything. We now range 58 to 70 and are all healthy and still kicking. Life is great!

In the recent Rhodes video when Rebekah was in early labor and out walking, Bri was there. Rebekah hugged Bri and said something like, "Why do we do this to ourselves?" I knew it could be a reference to childbearing in general, but given Rebekah's immediate distress, I couldn't help but wonder if Bri was pregnant and that moment meant something more. Congratulations!

Never seen his wife help at all with the remodel. Watching other homesteaders all the other wives and girlfriend's actually work on things like that. Really disappointing not seeing her help regardless of kids.
@@choicesofthebiz9682 bri had fairly severe mold illness from the house. Her Dr and family do not allow her to help. It would reinfect her very badly.

In regards to people in the grocery store...I personally don't have kids but have worked with kids in MOPS and MDO etc. and am always in awe (the positive kind, not the negative kind) of Mammas with a bunch of kids at the grocery store. I do personally know two families who have 11 kids and they are some of the best people I know.
Congratulations! I have had a feeling and was even remembering when you announced Wilder was coming recently and the thought crossed my mind again. I love that you guys are having another little love nugget. Big families are awesome! I come from a blended family with five, five, and six children came with each parent respectively. I love each and every one of them and honestly, I think all families should be big if parents are able to have them. I only had five and got the eyes and questions and absolutely loved it! It’s wonderful to experience the blessings of babies added to the family. I had seven babies in ten years (no twins). The first five came in five years, then two more after that. I had my hands full but I did not have a good marriage or any good friends or family near me. I had no car, no computer, and everyone (strangers and family) telling me I should stop having babies. Even people at church would say that. I'm still hurt about it and my kids are all grown now and I never regret having them of course. It's hard not having any well wishers or support. You are truly blessed. I love your kids!

I think it's twins! I have two sets of twins so I know how bad morning sickness can be with two. But if it's one baby, congratulations and the same if it's twins, doubled! 🍼🍼

We have 8. It was very tempting as we would see someone counting the children getting out of the van to turn and ask them how many did they count.
We have 7. We always had to count to make sure we had everybody.
My daughter counts in 2's, lol. Her having large family is a blessing & amazing! Added to by adoption.

There was something in the way you looked at the Rhodes when Rebekah was talking about babies and you were talking about babies I had a strong feeling you were pregnant then. I think it is wonderful, such a blessing!! I wanted several myself but issues happened and I had my only son at 39. I was beginning to think I never would but I made the best of the one. Art looked so happy and of course, you do, Art being home through this pregnancy will help too. I am so excited for you all! Blessings abound!

I guessed right by the title! Congratulations to all of you! Our 7th baby just turned a year old and I've got the itch again. To the inevitable "you have your hands full" comment I always respond, "Yes, I do, and it is so much better than having them empty!"
Yes, I know of couples who could not have children and I ache for them. We only had 3 but I loved every minute of my pregnancies. I always tell people (when they ask) that I never felt better or stronger as I did while I was pregnant. Guess my hormones were perfectly aligned like Jupiter and Mars in the 5th Dimension song. 😉
