  • Grief is a complex and natural response to loss. It’s deeply personal and can affect us in different ways. In today's Breathwork Meditation, I invite you to create space where you feel safe to express your emotions, as we open our heart again to welcome the joys of life.
    Through this heart cleansing pranayama breathing technique, we are able to process stuck emotions in our heart center and let go of the heaviness that accompanies grief.

If you are pregnant, consult a doctor before practicing Breathwork. Do not do breathwork if you have epilepsy. Deep breathing may cause tingling sensations, a ringing in the ears, and/or light-headedness. These are normal responses and are no cause for alarm. If you faint, however, you have gone too far and should take it more slowly next time.

    I cried towards the end the grief from my late grandmother came rushing through 😢😢

    Is it normal to cry after the meditation?
    But my heart does feel lighter ❤

      So glad to hear my friend! Yes, it is normal to cry, even during the meditation. Our breath is tied to our emotions and has the power to release anything that we have suppressed.
      When we surrender and allow ourselves to feel whatever comes up, we can accept it and let it go.
