That’s what I felt like I could do when I visited Likha Residences. I love their modern Filipino townhome because of its timeless design. I saw up close, proof that it was built with quality materials that will stand the test of time... so you really know that the house will grow with you. It was so well-ventilated and there were so many windows! It felt open because of the intelligent use of the space. I especially liked the special feature in the kitchen - the banggerahan, which will be so functional! And the señorita stairs were elegant and easy to use. As a mom, the security of the area appealed to me. I could also consider investing in a unit because buying real estate property is always a good option. And I know that it’ll appreciate in value because it’s in Alabang. @Stephanie Zubiri and I enjoyed touring this townhome! I only clicked to watch this modern Filipino-inspired home. All I can say is that I appreciate Danica's professional approach when presenting the house. Her way of speaking (accent, diction) is very pleasing to the ear and I even the like the way she's dressed. It made a HUGE difference. Bravo! And to the other host, I find the use of the term "maid's room" very outdated. What about "staff's room or accommodation"?

Ganda ng inputs ni Ms Steph. She keeps on coming back to the bahay kubo concept na ginawa ng Phinma Properties. And I agree with her, pagdating sa kitchen, importante that everything is within reach. We, women multitask eh, while cooking, we always tend to wash dishes at the same time. I love the "banggera"!
