Given the weather lately, its possible that a pipe would burst, but a current maintenance person should have been on call, and given the weather situation and that ambulances and firetrucks couldn't get to fires I could understand why they wouldn't come out for this .A lawsuit against the current owner of the building may be possible but personal property damages are not usually covered by the owner you as a tenant have to have your own insurance to cover your personal belongings.

@@anitakristensen4679 You've got a valid point yet regardless of what the lease agreement is printed out for tenants - the water wasn't turned off in a timely manner and ultimately mold can grow in the walls & floor of the entire apartment complex building. The woman who took this video thank God for her that she immediately took action & in the state of New York what gets companies & corporate companies attention is a great lawyer or a class - action - lawsuit against the apartment complex company.
You guys know that there was a state wide travel ban. Plumbers don’t drive monster trucks to go threw feet of snow in a blizzard where everyone is affected by low temps and no heat due to electricity but your going to sue 😅
