    I don't think this building was the flour mill, it was the offices for Urban Milling, the actual mill is still standing on Urban St. in Buffalo.

      Now that they tore the rest of the shit down, build a 30 story mix use building to give this shithood town identity! Form a metropolitan government! There's 700,000 people here and if you incorporate the first ring suburbs you'll be seen as a bigger entity by the federal government and that will reduce taxes! This is the 21'st century not the 19th! Get outta the past and quit being such cheapskates!
