@@Dan-pd9ys True! I’ve downsized, but, my two ovens and two refrigerators were needed and used, especially on holidays, birthdays and entertaining. Also, I still have two refrigerators, one in the kitchen and one in the garage...necessary for drinks and snacks for my grandchildren.😬😉

@@miimonalisa i don't think when someone says "aren't they only renting?" as a bad thing, I think they mean more like, it actually isn't your real home. It has nothing to do with how much money they have etc. When you own your own home, its completely different. Its yours until you sell it, you can do whatever you want to it, without having an agent oversea throughout your duration there. Renting means you don't know where you will be in a years time, or however long your lease is.

Why do you need so many kitchens this is really too much i would rather a home that shows warmth and comfort than a big home that looks cold and dull.
She doesn't. This house only has ONE indoor kitchen. It was her other home that had 2 indoor kitchens. (The 4 ovens are tucked away in the chefs pantry for easy prep/cooking during parties. Hopefully the main kitchen area has one too; but I don't know? Perhaps the microwave has a convection oven feature in the main kitchen if not.)
This home is cute & cozy compared to her mansion with David. Beautiful for her needs and future growing family - in-laws and grandkids. She has 3 daughters. If she stays.
Only thing missing is water front. Has a pool.
She really down sized and doesn't appear she kept much furniture from her and David's marital home.
Complete new slate.
But, why would she "rent" I don't know. Could be her bungalow home until she finds something she likes for sale.
And, no idea what her and David's home sold for. 25M-30M on the low end and 50M +/- on the high end.
For Shannon's lifestyle this is a cute (little) home. She seems to have no worries adjusting (to less) or the much smaller size.
Have to remember; just her Foyer area in her last home was the size of a small house.
At least it’s nicer than Heather Dubrow’s, that place is like a mausoleum imo😬

The kitchen is lovely, I love all the farmhouse sinks never knew a kitchen could have 3 separate sinks, only things I don't like is the ceilings seem a little low & i like higher ceilings,but the rest of the house is quite luxurious & quaint at the same time, feels lived in.

I'm so proud of her. This house isn't as massively big as the mansion she shared with her ex husband, but this is waaaaayyyyyy better looking then the mansion. I'd rather take this house over the mansion. Every single bit of the house, including the outdoor kitchen is probably the best I've ever seen. No matter how much Heather shows off her massive mansion, I can honestly say that Shannon's house is absolutely the most unique.
