The ladies are joined by new housewife Elizabeth Lyn Vargas, a soon to be divorcee who is ready to kick off the next chapter of her life with a little fun in the OC.
2020 starts off on a real high for the ladies with new homes, boyfriends, a fiancé, and a new a hip. Past secrets emerge and newfound happiness is questioned as the ladies press to find out if everything is what it seems. The impact of coronavirus definitely takes its toll on the women and their relationships at home and with each other as they each try to adjust to their new reality.

Kris they didn’t have to necessarily keep an og, but atleast bring on people who can bring it. Like honestly gina, braunwyn, and the new girl can go. They should bring back Tamra, Gretchen, Alexis, Heather And Vicki. Keep Shannon and Kelly. And demote Emily down to a friend of the show.

Hunter Shannon They are the firs housewives to film episodes post COVID which is kinda crazy. I’m kinda excited to see how all the personalities clash on how to handle COVID. You got Shannon who you know is the over reactor, and kelly who doesn’t treat it like a threat at all. And those in between.

How so
D Fox every time she tries to break surface level conversation and bring up how she feels her mom 1) shuts her down, 2) denies what braunwyn says 3) invalidates braunwyns feelings and 4) finds some way to blame it on braunwyn. Idk how old braunwyn is but this has been going on her entire life and it’s clearly very emotionally exhausting for her. I really hope she finds the peace she needs to move on and set healthy boundaries with her mother.
Geez Louise exactly !! It’s so frustrating when you have experienced it from childhood when you are desperately needing validation and reassurance and to feel safe especially emotionally and you had parents who just completely shut down any sort of real emotions and disregard them .. I mean I could go on all day how this felt so familiar to what I experienced and I am still traumatized much like brawn a lot of the same tendencies she has that are negative or traits I have also and I believe a lot of it stems from that

No Tamra, No Vicki, No Watchy....the O.C. has no originals left so there's no emotional attachment. Bring on NYC and Beverly Hills but the O.C. will be BORING with no connection or history to keep fans into it....sorry, JMHO.
Don’t really like Emily, Gina’s voice get’s right on my nerves, Bronwyn meh, Kelly’s got a mouth like a sewer, Shannon is not going be the same without Tamra and Vicki, I loved Tres Amigas after a few drinks 😂😂😂. I’l give this season a go but I’m not holding out much hope 😔

Casting tip for OC: please bring it full circle and back to the realer roots of the franchise, lets wrap up some stories from the past. The casting is always wack on OC, like one season wonders or boring fillers. I get that Vicky and Tamra are tired and we are so fed up of them but they lasted the length of time they did, they were entertaining. I think you need the bs stirrers. So my suggestion for s16: Tamra for drama, Brianna for balance (hey hey a daughter getting a promotion to full timer), Alexis or Gretchen to see some growth, Kelly for the messyness, Emily for her budding friendships with several of the cast, Heather for her snobbyness, and Shannon for the cray cray. Vicky, Lydia and Gina in lesser friend roles.
Oh and guest spots from some randoms like Lynne, Lauri, Jeana, for the OG fans that have been here a minute
