I kinda wish they made a sequel to Roger Rabbit just because he never really got used again in anything else, which is sad because I thought the movie was great. Maybe if they set the movie in the 90s so Roger could talk to characters like the Animaniacs, 80s cartoons, and even the Simpsons. I think a "Roger Rabbit" type movie should be made again as a love letter to all types of animation.
I think Who Framed Roger Rabbit is a brilliant movie, and its brilliance is why it's so hard to ever make a follow-up. It's just so complicated to make that work- I'd love to see another if they can live up to the original... just maybe not about WWII.
If “The Cat In The Hat Comes Back” was made into a movie Bo Welch would’ve returned to direct and Mike Meyers would’ve returned as The Cat. I sometimes wish we got that movie so that we can see how it would’ve been like and what would’ve happened like what the plot would’ve been
There is something charming about that movie, I agree that it would have at least been interesting to see what a sequel to it would have looked like- alas, it wasn't meant to be.
