The kind of love he shows to his son is actually very deep so it isn't like that he doesn't have that caring side in him. But not a single person around him bothers to show him the mirror. And make him understand how blessed he is to be able to stand on the ground. I mean god has given him so many chances. He gets injured but is healed because god knows he can achieve great things. I hope he get to meet a good girl who will show him the reality of world. The reality that there's no way that all these bunch of people he always hangs out with are his real friends. They are just having the times of their lives while Ney is spending his money. Also that how much he'll regret all this later in life when he won't be on the field anymore and the young players will take over. He believes in god but is not on the right path. The key is not to be a religious person but a righteous person. Clubbing everyday with bunch of girls dancing in your lap and then getting in bed with one of them is no way the definition of enjoying life. He needs to turn himself into a man. He'll be 31 this year. He talks about getting married and having kids. But if you are getting into relationships from hooks-ups and Insta DMs, no way you'll wife up one of them. Physical attraction will fade away one day. He need to get into the mindset of gratefulness. and realize that there are millions of kids out there who have his posters in their rooms and they dream of being like him one day. But you know what, they change their mind because everyone laughs at them for idolizing a player who disappointed so many people because of his un-seriousness towards the game. I pray he meets a good girl who isn't a gold digger and have values and turns his life around. I mean look at Robert Downey Jr, he turned his life around just so he could marry his wife. Now he is one the most loved celebrity. or The story of Matthias Steiner. Seriously the importance of a good better half is so important. He needs to become a family man. Nothing will be impossible for him if he understands the truth of life.
