Why the employment process should be so complicated? I believe that a lot of good candidates are left out just because they don't conform to a template. I heard many times that the best at the interview was the worst employee after.

I just got back from a PD interview, they only asked 2 of the questions on everyone's videos. The rest were weird ones. I didn't do well, and don't expect to get it. That's fine because I am retired and don't have to go back to work, I just wanted to. 😞

I have a question that could be potentially tough for me to navigate. I’m applying for a job at the same company my girlfriend works at. The position is for the area director-her supervisor’s manager. At what point in the process do I tell them?
i wouldn't say anything unless it comes up. no reason to hide, but no reason to volunteer it. or they might ask how you heard about the opening, and then you could tell them...
