    Namaste! Thank you so much for this lesson. I would like to clarify one thing. In English, when we say too much it is not the same as very much. Too much is undesirable. Very much just means a lot. The Hindi word, "bahut" means a lot or very. It should not be confused with "too" as in "too much." Can you please teach us how to say, " I don't speak Hindi very well", or something to that effect. This will be an important sentence for people just starting to learn. Many thanks again for your very helpful lesson. Blessings from Florida.🙏

    • @WatchAndLearnHindi
      @WatchAndLearnHindi  Рік тому

      It is true in English very much and too much are not same. Also true that the literal translation of "bahut" is very. But while speaking Hindi you can use the word "bahut" to convey both very much and too much depending on the context. For example:
      I love my daughter very much = main apnee beti ko bahut pyaar kartee hoon (feminine gender of the speaker)
      I am eating too much food today = aaj mein bahut adhhik khaanaa khaa rahee hoon (feminine gender of the speaker)

      @HindiEnglishKahaniyannew Рік тому

      You can say I am learning Hindi, instead of saying I dont speak Hindi very well. So you can say - मैं हिंदी सीख रहा हूं transliteration being "mai hindi seekh raha hoon"

    *Mere pas tees rupaye hain
    *Mere pass credit card hai
    Please clear my doubt. Aaplog kyun alag alag boltejn hain?

    • @WatchAndLearnHindi
      @WatchAndLearnHindi  2 роки тому

      tees rupaye is 30 rupees so plural and that is why the sentence ended with hain.
      credit card is one credit card hence singular and so the sentence ended with hai.
