Two 6 inch round cakes (3 inches deep each)
Cake card
Buttercream
12 Inch Cake Drum
Bubble tea straws or dowels
White Fondant
Black Fondant
Brown or Chocolate fondant
Yellow Gel Colour (Magic Colours - Neon Yellow)
Brown Edible Dusting Colour (Magic Colours - Chocolate)
Yellow Edible Dusting Colour (Magic Colours - Summer Yellow)
Gold lustre dust (Magic Colours - Royal Gold)
Flower/leaf shaper modelling tool (dresden tool)
Metal Ball Tool (various sizes)

Thank you! 😊 You need to wait for it to dry. Depending on the temperature of the room your working in, it should dry quite quickly. By the time I had finished the cake the seam was completely dry 😊

Hey. I love your cakes so much and think you're very talented but am now finding it hard to watch all of your videos and find them entertaining as they are all basically the same just with a different colour fondant for decoration.

How do you make the fondant flat and smooth ? I used ready to roll icing and it stuck to the sides to roll it and stuck to the pin 🙈 how do you get it smooth and movable
I always like to dust my work surface with a little cornflour, this can help to stop fondant sticking to surfaces 😊 You can also use icing sugar/powdered sugar but I find it can still sometimes cause fondant to stick.

How do I remove the straws?

Hi Leila, you will need to remove the head first, then pull out the straws and cake card, then you're ready to serve the cake 😊
