Maybe sharing some thoughts about how to encourage certain kinds of play if the child doesn’t seem that interested? Eg., block building (your thoughts on setting play invitations, etc)
I thought of a more direct question too. Lol. What are your thoughts on how to incorporate meal time into my family dynamic when we don't have a table. Until having my son, my husband and I always ate on our laps (as we prioritized the space in our small home to other things than a dining table). Even our kitchen is too small for a small family table. I wish I could just have it all, and I'm struggling to figure out how to model everything for my son and figuring out which are the priorities. I don't think I can have a practical child sized kitchen, learning tower and weaning table all at the same time.
I feel like this is too many things likely, but I'd be interested to know your thoughts now that you've gotten through the first year with a second child. Of course every kiddo is different, but are there any things that stand out to you as, "wow, I'm so glad I did this differently the second time through now that I've lived through the first year twice". Or even things you're glad you've done the same. Examples that come to my mind are... Have you structured activities differently? Have any daily priorities changed? Any products or toys that made a huge difference the second time through that you wished you had the first time round? How did you handle introducing solids and cup drinking?
Love it 🫶🏼
I am sure your little one will make great use of it!!
